The 'Back to Eden' Film Festival is a Dorrigo community event initiated by the Old Gazette Film Society - Dorrigo Dramatic Club & Dorrigo Plateau Sustainable Producers Network.
After 10 years of individual screenings of sustainability related documentaries coupled with soup, curry and conversation in our community 'Old Gazette Theatre' the dream of hosting a 'sustainability' film festival has come to fruition for the 2022 Easter long weekend in Dorrigo.
The timing couldn't be more perfect.
For our inaugural 'Back to Eden' Film Festival we have nine impressive, inspiring and challenging documentaries including both Australian and International award winning films.
There are four themes encompassing the films to be screened:
Coupled with the eight film sessions is the additional opportunity for facilitated conversations and guest speakers between films on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th April for both lunch and dinner at the Never Never Mind.
